Swiss architects Yves Stump and Hans Schibli used Lumière Dichroic Interlayers to enliven the glass façade of the UKBB Children’s Hospital in Basel. A dichroic film on the inner layer of the glass panels changes colours depending on the level of sunlight and viewing angle. A combination of 300 individual colours within the film provides the building with a dynamic, eye catching appearance.
